Job Title: Speech/Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team at Fairborn High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with a range of communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in small group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning and communication
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and provide recommendations

Qualifications:

  • License to practice Speech/Language Pathology from the Ohio Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology
  • Current Ohio Department of Education teaching certificate or license for speech and hearing therapy

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working in a school setting. The successful candidate will be required to work with students of varying ages and abilities, and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
