Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pschiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Behavioral Health Solutions. The successful candidate will provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, assessing patient mental status and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Assess patient mental status based on symptoms and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Diagnose DSM-V disorders and apply appropriate medical decision-making skills
  • Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists and provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry
  • Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances
  • MALpractice insurance coverage or possession of a DEA license
  • 1 year of experience in geriatric psychiatry and 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Acute Rehab Hospitals
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $63.00-$88.00 per billable hour, with options for W2 or 1099 independent contractor status. Our benefits package includes inclusive company culture, open communication, flexible work schedule, PTO, paid holidays, comprehensive benefits, and 401k with a 3% company match.
