Healthcare Leader for Hospice Care

Rock River Hospice and Home is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality hospice care.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities- As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of nursing and CNA staff to ensure that quality care is provided to patients.
- You will take on-call responsibilities as required and spend at least two days per week providing patient care.
- Illinois Nursing Licensure
- Two years of hospice or home care experience
- Two years of supervisory experience (e.g., charge nurse)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain relationships with physicians, nursing homes, and hospitals
- Provide education to groups about hospice and its philosophy
