About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Autism Specialist to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in center-based and home settings, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in center-based and home settings.
  • Manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans.
  • Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods, such as ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp, is preferred.
  • Enjoy uncapped bonuses for exceeding 27 billable hours

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Autism Specialist (BCAS) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • New BCAS or BCBA candidates are encouraged to apply
