We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. With a strong focus on cloud environments, networks, and on-premises systems, this role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in Azure and Office 365 administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Azure Management: Monitor and maintain cloud-based environments using Azure tools, ensuring seamless daily operations and proactive maintenance.\
  • Office 365 Administration: Manage and support Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online and Teams, to provide a secure and efficient collaboration experience.\
  • Cisco Meraki Networks: Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki network devices to ensure high-performance connectivity and security.\
  • Active Directory Management: Perform user and group management, password resets, and Group Policy troubleshooting to maintain a secure and organized directory service.\
  • Email Signatures (Xink): Manage organization-wide email signatures using Xink, promoting brand consistency and professionalism.\
  • File Services (DFS and File Shares): Maintain distributed file systems, file shares, and manage group permissions to ensure data accessibility and security.\
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI): Request and manage certificates from the internal PKI, ensuring secure communication and authentication.\
  • Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike): Manage and monitor CrowdStrike endpoint protection systems to protect against cyber threats and ensure system integrity.\
  • Exchange Administration: Provide support for on-premises or hybrid Exchange environments, ensuring smooth email functionality and minimal downtime.\
  • Teams Administration: Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Teams, providing a seamless collaboration experience.\
  • Backup & Recovery: Perform file/folder restores and manage Veritas email archive, ensuring business continuity and data recovery.\
  • Identity Management (Okta): Create apps, synchronize directories, and assign groups in Okta, streamlining identity management and access control.\
  • Technical Analysis: Analyze IT issues to identify the scope and provide troubleshooting for single or multi-user problems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact.\
  • Basic Networking: Utilize networking tools like NSLookup, Ping, and IPConfig for diagnostics, ensuring network stability and performance.\
  • Intune & SCCM: Manage device provisioning, Windows 11 imaging, and software distribution through Intune and SCCM, ensuring consistent and secure deployments.\
  • Software Distribution & Self-Service: Administer and support software distribution and self-service systems, providing users with easy access to essential tools and resources.\

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).\
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in cloud and network systems administration.\

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
