As a neonatal intensive care unit nurse at Steward Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with critically ill newborns and their families, providing expert care and support. Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes an hourly rate of $40.50 - $52.80 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 10 paid holidays and up to 5 weeks of paid time off per year.

Requirements

  • Current state Registered Nurse license
  • Certification in Neonatal IV Therapy within six months after hire
  • BASIC NEONATAL CARDIAC MONITORING WITHIN SIX MONTHS AFTER HIRE
  • Additional certifications as indicated by the Steward Certification document
  • Complete NICU orientation course
  • Certification in S.T.A.B.L.E. within 6 months of hire (STABLE not required of agency nurse staff)
  • Aquire 10 Neonatal Specific CEU's a year
