Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage project performance and team workload, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee project management, quality assurance, and execution to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Foster professional growth among team members by assisting them in setting personal objectives, clarifying performance standards, acknowledging achievements, and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to keep them informed about initiatives, objectives, and expectations, ensuring accountability.
  • Ensure a strong client service orientation through effective and consistent communication with clients.
  • Lead marketing efforts for existing clients and collaborate with business development on acquiring new clients, including strategizing client engagement, proposal development, interviews, and selection processes.

This position requires local travel across Kansas and Missouri, with work conducted in various terrains and weather conditions.
