**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at Superior Industries (Minnesota). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, tacking, and welding steel parts to create finished sub-assemblies, following blueprints and ensuring high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble and weld steel parts to create finished sub-assemblies, following blueprints and quality standards.
  • Prepare weld surfaces, adjust settings, and use the right techniques based on the job.
  • Ensure welds are visually appealing and meet all quality standards.
  • Safely use and maintain welding equipment, and follow safety rules for cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
  • Complete other tasks as needed.
