Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bus Mechanic to join our team at The Fullington Auto Bus Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex diesel and gas engines, including those found in large vehicles such as motor coaches and school buses.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to ensure the safe operation of our fleet.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
  • CDL Class B license with P endorsement, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school or college education preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
What We Offer
