Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diverse roll-up door systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on existing roll-up door systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Replace defective components such as springs, cables, tracks, and door panels.
  • Test and adjust systems to ensure optimal operation and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Install and configure door openers, remote controls, and safety sensors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Physically fit with the capability to lift heavy items and work at elevated heights.
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:
$25.00 per hour

Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years as a commercial electrician (preferred)
