Director of Physical Therapy Operations

SportsCare Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist- Clinic Director to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage our clinical and administrative staff.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned physical therapist to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in our organization. As the Clinic Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to promote the clinic and increase patient referrals.
Your Responsibilities- Clinical Management: Provide direct patient care, supervise and mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling and appointment management, monitor patient flow, and manage patient records and documentation.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff, provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure clinic compliance with regulations, implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
- Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with marketing team to promote the clinic, identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand services.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure.
- Several years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
