Job Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with cardiac medical conditions, including chest pain and congestive heart failure.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in hourly rounding and bedside shift report to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Less than 1 year RN experience.
- Current R.N. licensure in the state of South Carolina.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
