Job Summary

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, ranges, and griddles.
  • Operate the automatic dishwasher and hand wash items as needed to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Restock all bottled beverages in the bar cooler and ensure that all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
