Facility Maintenance Associate

About the Role:
The Facility Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of U-Haul facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is proactive and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of storage units, hallways, restrooms, and other areas of the facility
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Work Environment:
The work environment for this role involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. The individual may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, and positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights. The individual may be required to move equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
