Compensation:
$34.55 per hour

Work Schedule:
Weekly Hours: 40.00

Daily Hours: 8.00

Shift Details: 7AM start, with rotating evening, night, and weekend shifts as required

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the daily functions of the transfusion and tissue services department.
2. Lead and manage blood bank personnel, ensuring adherence to established protocols and regulatory standards.
3. Guarantee exceptional patient care through proficient blood management techniques.
4. Coordinate scheduling and manage shift rotations, including evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
2. SBB (ASCP) certification is essential.
3. Demonstrated experience in a Lead Medical Technologist role within Blood Bank environments.
4. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be in the process of relocating.

Certification/Licensure/Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. SBB (ASCP) certification
3. Experience in a Lead MT role in Blood Bank settings
4. Advanced certification or additional relevant experience is advantageous.
