Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Machinery Specialist to join our team at Reliance One, Inc.

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining assembly machinery at our customer's manufacturing plants.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns, as well as experience in the practical application of electronics and technology.

You should also have knowledge of servo motors and drives, ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings, and understanding of PLC's and HMIs.

A strong background in pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated machine functions is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair assembly machinery at customer manufacturing plants
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures
  • Provide customer training and start-up support
  • Travel overnight as required by workload to complete service calls outside of normal geographic location
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or Associates Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
  • Experience in the practical application of electronics and technology
  • Knowledge of servo motors and drives
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
  • Understanding of PLC's and HMIs
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated machine functions

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
