Dishware Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team at Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dish area, washing pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand, and ensuring the work area and equipment stay clean throughout shift.

You will also be expected to change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink as needed, inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the work day.

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years of age or older, have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
