About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Dialysis Nurse. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nephrology care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to address complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
