Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and ensure a positive first impression
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including obtaining necessary financial and personal details
  • Partner with office management and clinical staff to optimize daily workflow and ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations
  • Optimize appointment schedules and ensure the day is full
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, inquiring about patient needs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of dental front office experience
  • Experience with scheduling software systems and Microsoft Office
  • Associates degree in business or office administration preferred
  • Solid business acumen and effective written and verbal communication skills
