Walterscheid Powertrain Group is on the lookout for dedicated Assemblers to join our evening shift team. The shift operates from 1 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, tools, and materials effectively
  • Position components and subassemblies using templates or by interpreting measurements
  • Assemble parts by checking connections for proper fit and securing components
  • Ensure specifications are met by measuring completed assemblies
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues by adjusting dimensions as necessary and informing supervisors for additional support
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving required results
  • Participate in cross-training across various assembly areas and assist in other departments as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Continuous standing throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
