Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Pharmacist to fill a key role in our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical consultation and clarification to prescribers prior to dispensing medication.
  • Verify finished prescription orders in a timely manner and ensure accurate record keeping and documentation.
  • Advises patients clearly and accurately regarding their medications and appropriate outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with patients and healthcare providers to resolve problems and provide optimal care.
  • Participate in clinical and administrative activities, including quality control and quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of practice.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
