About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Trainer to join our team at Nightwing. As a key member of our Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Services (CIS) business, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver IT training courses to meet the needs of our customers
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop training materials and courses
  • Provide training services to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical personnel
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives
Requirements
  • 13+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 11 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree
  • Proven experience in formal instructional design and curriculum development
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to articulate intent, frame requirements, set priorities and develop practical methods to meet training goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate under broad intent independent of direct oversight
  • Ability to negotiate consensus across competing priorities, varied equities and divergent goals

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $77,000 - $163,000
