Job Overview

The Practice Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between the practices' operations and clinical teams and the insurance, revenue cycle management, and practice training groups within Affordable Care. This role will report directly to the SVP of Insurance.

This position will be responsible for facilitating communication between the field and corporate teams on various initiatives, billing, accounts receivable, and insurance-related activities. The Practice Liaison will be proactive in communicating corporate projects and reactive to field needs.

This role will be the central communication point for all 450+ clinics, ensuring seamless information exchange and coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify key messages for distribution to clinics
  • Create and maintain newsletters to keep clinics informed
  • Participate in departmental meetings, representing the voice of the practices
  • Identify recurring topics for inclusion in newsletters
  • Facilitate credentialing requests, training requests, and other information exchange between practices and corporate teams
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a communications role
  • Solid understanding of the US healthcare system, with dental experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with practices, operations, and clinical leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive nature in assembling key messages for distribution
  • Bachelor's degree required
