Position Overview:

Soliant Health is in search of a dedicated and proficient Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional care in the Tempe, Arizona area. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing challenges across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough assessments to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing issues.
  • Create and execute individualized treatment strategies that align with the specific needs and objectives of each patient.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services utilizing evidence-based methodologies and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee holistic patient support.
  • Inform patients, families, and caregivers about communication and swallowing disorders, along with effective strategies to improve these skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arizona.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
  • Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is preferred.
