Your Responsibilities
- Address a variety of maintenance requests with efficiency and precision.
- Listen attentively to the needs of residents and colleagues to enhance their experience.
- Maintain the community's grounds and amenities to ensure they consistently impress residents.
- Work effectively under pressure, driving company vehicles as needed, handling electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance.
- Pursue opportunities for professional development, including obtaining EPA and CPO certifications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
- EPA and CPO Certification is a plus.
- Ability to quickly acquire new skills.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.12/hr, with potential increases based on skills and experience.
