KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Ensuring the line is adequately stocked and restocked before shifts change.

Accurately fulfilling customer orders.

Maintaining a consistent pace to ensure smooth service flow.

Upholding cleanliness standards in your work area.

Handling cash transactions with precision.

Adhering to supervisor directives at all times.

Possessing thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing.

Understanding and following the sequence of service consistently.

Cleaning, resetting, and maintaining designated areas throughout your shift.

Assisting fellow attendants to deliver exceptional service.

Completing necessary side tasks.

Serving food and beverages with appropriate garnishes.

Preparing menu items according to specifications.

Accurately processing cash and making change.

Ensuring all documentation is precise and complete, restocking as necessary (submitting proper requisitions).

Cleaning counters, condiment stands, and other surfaces as required.

Maintaining cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.

Keeping ice bins replenished.

Ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.

Providing courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.

Performing related duties as assigned.
