Repossession Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repossession Agent to join our team at West Coast Recovery Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently recovering vehicles on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles to specified locations, ensuring safe and efficient service
• Load and unload vehicles with care, using the appropriate equipment
• Secure vehicles effectively to prevent any damage during transport
• Deliver outstanding customer service to motorists and other stakeholders
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe operations
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members for smooth coordination

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must pass a BSIS background check for a repossession license
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong driving skills with the ability to handle physical tasks and lift moderate to heavy objects
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
