Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's legacy and brand values.
Showcase extensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor using the principles of Connect, Consult & Close.
Achieve or surpass set store and individual sales targets consistently.
Adhere to cash handling protocols established by Levi's Stores.
Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention policies diligently.
Support stock team members with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the sales floor as required.
Assist in pricing merchandise when necessary.
Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
Help maintain the store's appearance in line with Levi's Stores visual presentation standards and housekeeping protocols.

Basic Qualifications:
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, along with continuous standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
The anticipated starting hourly wage for this position is $15/hr, with potential for higher compensation based on location.
