Job Summary

Deliver food, supplies, and other products to units and areas of service using a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up requisitioned supplies from the staging clerk.
  • Receive completed production orders from the staging clerk and inventory items to ensure completion of production orders.
  • Load orders onto the truck with assistance from the staging clerk in a safe and orderly manner.
  • Unload requisitioned materials at the delivery site.
  • Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and equipment.
  • Ensure hot and cold food items are kept in compliance with company standards and meet all sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Collect empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise.
  • Responsible for the general cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the truck.
  • Interact with coworkers to ensure company service standards.
  • Provide quality customer service via one-on-one attention to detail.
Requirements
  • A valid state driver's license and a valid food handler's permit where required.
