Job Summary:

Munson Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Manistee Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult patients
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results
  • Develop and implement respiratory care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) who is registry-eligible allowed entry into job classification - RRT must be obtained within 4 months to remain in RRT classification
  • Currently licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan or eligible to apply
  • Clinical exposure to all aspects of pediatric and adult respiratory care required
