Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing ABA services and supporting their development and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to individuals with ASD, implementing behavior management techniques and data collection as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, communicating effectively and providing support and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless care and support for clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA and related fields
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the field of ABA or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to travel to client homes within a 30-minute radius
