Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting in Port Charlotte, FL.

Job Overview:

Soliant is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational plans.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in FL.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a school environment.
