Job Summary

United Health Care Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to fill a travel position in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Function as the first line interface with customers, ensuring their imaging needs are met.
  • Participate in quality control activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Process and transmit images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
Requirements
  • Current certification in radiologic technology (CRT) issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
  • Obtain fluoroscopy permit from CDPH within six months of hire.
  • Obtain venipuncture certificate within three months of hire.
  • ARRT-R certification required.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Graduate of a program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
  • At least one year of experience as a radiology technologist preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
