The Italiano is seeking a seasoned Culinary Mastermind to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities. Your expertise in Italian cuisine and ability to maintain high-quality standards will ensure the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet our quality standards.
  • Evaluate food requirements and estimate costs to optimize profitability.
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a head chef or executive chef.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to delegate tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
