Key Responsibilities: The Staff Attorney will also inform clients about their rights under the Family Medical Leave Act, job security, and eligibility for benefits following treatment.
Qualifications: This position is ideal for attorneys licensed in Alabama who are committed to advocating for underprivileged communities. Alabama acknowledges reciprocity with specific states, and a list of these jurisdictions is available.
Exceptional legal writing and communication abilities are essential.
