We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Aladdin Campus Dining. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including soups, salads, and entrees.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard, with attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
- At least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment.
- Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools, as well as identify and differentiate food items.
- Customer service experience is required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.
