Field Service Engineer II

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer II to join our team at GovCIO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining and recommending products or services that best fit our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and recommend products or services that meet customer needs
- Familiarize yourself with various field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment
- Perform a variety of tasks and lead the work of others when necessary
- Exercise a wide degree of creativity and latitude in your work
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of database analytics experience (or commensurate experience)
- Ability to maintain a public trust clearance
