Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a highly skilled Physician Services Program Specialist to join our Physician Services department. This is a full-time opportunity based out of our regional office located in Capitol Hill, Washington DC, with a hybrid work model.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for MAPMG's jurisdictional licensing in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia for new and existing physicians. They will provide exceptional service to MAPMG physicians throughout the licensure and hospital privileging process, ensuring a seamless experience by anticipating needs, addressing concerns promptly, and achieving effective resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience with state medical licensing, credentialing, and/or hospital privileging requirements. They will possess strong organizational and time management skills, strong accuracy and attention to details, and excellent verbal and written communications skills.

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $50,676 to $63,345 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
