Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care in a well-equipped, 70-bed, Level-III NICU.
- Participate in a healthcare system that manages approximately 7,000 deliveries annually.
- Deliver primary care at a Level-I facility focused on low-risk deliveries.
- Engage in attending coverage for the Level-III NICU.
- Access to all subspecialty services, with the exception of cardiovascular surgery and ECMO.
- Manage in-house calls and benefit from 24-hour NNP support.
- Oversee Level-I coverage, which includes well-baby care and remote backup coverage.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs.
