Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Deliver precise travel information and assist with ticketing systems
  • Observe and report on station conditions while responding to emergencies
  • Support evacuation procedures and liaise with emergency services as required
  • Participate in daily training and development sessions

As a Station Operator, you will be required to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends, engaging in various physical tasks across diverse environments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in using computers and tablets
  • Able to distinguish colors accurately

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred

Compensation: Starting pay is $22.28 per hour
