Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee various office locations.

In this position, you will guide multidisciplinary project teams to deliver outstanding architectural and engineering services to our clients across various sectors, including aerospace, manufacturing, education, entertainment, and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables align with scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate and lead project teams consisting of architects, engineers, designers, and consultants
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and staffing strategies to meet client expectations
Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain open and consistent communication with clients to understand their goals and manage expectations
Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other project documentation

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and technical applications
PMP certification is preferred
