Houseperson Overnight

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Overnight Houseperson to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel public areas. This role involves working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure a smooth operation and excellent customer service.

• Receive and prioritize assignments from the MOD
• Respond promptly to guest and department requests
• Manage cleaning cart inventory and transport it to assigned areas
• Clean and maintain exterior hotel areas, including sidewalks, signage, and entrance
• Deep clean assigned areas, including rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces
• Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing, and removing stains
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from public areas
• Deliver items to guest rooms upon request
• Ensure soiled linens are laundered and folded
• Notify maintenance of needed repairs and maintenance
• Clean and set up function rooms according to function sheets
• Perform other duties as assigned
