HTM Supervisor

Job Summary:

The HTM Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, ensuring that all devices are functioning properly and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, as the supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of technicians and engineers
• Ensure that all medical equipment is properly maintained and repaired
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. biomedical engineering, healthcare management)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology management or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
