Key Responsibilities:

  • Welding and Metal Fabrication: Use welding equipment to join metal parts as specified by layout, blueprints, work orders, or welding procedures.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate thermal-cutting equipment to dismount metal assemblies or cut scrap metal.
  • Quality Control: Check work pieces for weakness and measure with straightedge or template to ensure high-quality results.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Education: No minimum education requirements.

Certifications/Licenses: Weld Test, Valid Driver's License, and TWIC Card.

Experience: 4 years of Journeyman level experience in welding and metal fabrication.
