Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Hampton Inn Morgan Hill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in our food and beverage buffet areas.


Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and transport all food and beverage items and associated supplies, equipment, and materials to and from the buffet areas.
  2. Comply with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
  3. Monitor the dining area to ensure adequate supplies of food, beverage, trays, plates, utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. to serve all guests; replenish buffet items as necessary.
  4. Welcome guests and respond to requests in a prompt and professional manner. Refer any serious matters to management.
  5. Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized work and buffet area. Empties trash receptacles and clears tables as required.
  6. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications
  1. Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout shift.
  2. Food Handlers Card Required.
  3. Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
  4. Must be able to work between the hours of 4AM and 12PM Noon.
