Job Summary:

The Psychiatric Technician Assistant will assist licensed professionals in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient behavior, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed professionals in providing direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patient behavior.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.
  • Document patient information and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
