Job Summary

The Senior Design Manager at Babich & Associates will be responsible for leading the design and development of projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop and implement design solutions
  • Lead the design development and construction document phases of projects
  • Oversee the production of drawing sets, computer modeling, and renderings
  • Manage the coordination of consultant work to ensure compliance with design solutions and timely submissions of documents
  • Interact effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow and successful project delivery
  • Create and contribute to project design and development
  • Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and submittals, and coordinate as needed in the construction phase
  • Oversee tasks and provide feedback on work product
  • Day-to-day coordination with clients
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Support multiple projects concurrently

Requirements
