Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the hotel's operations and financial activities
* Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel environment
* Monitor property condition and ensure consistent delivery of products and services
* Collaborate with Human Resources to resolve associate issues
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in Rooms and Food and Beverage
* Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security, personnel relations, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning
