Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our team of pediatric homecare nurses. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young adults with life-long health conditions, providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to pediatric patients with life-long health conditions.
  2. Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  3. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in pediatric homecare.

Requirements
  • Licensed as a RN or LPN.
  • CPR certification.
