Your responsibilities will include collecting data through observation, communicating information to assist in patient assessment and care planning, and participating as a member of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Collect data through observation and communicate information to assist in patient assessment and care planning.
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the registered nurse or provider in meeting the needs of the patient.

Qualifications:

  • Student or graduate of a practical nursing program.
  • Current MN LPN license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
